About Me
My name is Blake Montgomery, and I am the founder of FitLifeFoundations. I created this site because I have a passion for health and fitness, and I want to help other people learn and achieve their goals. I started my fitness journey 10 years ago because I was always the skinny kid. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease freshman year of high school, which made it super hard for me to gain weight until I started learning how to properly diet and train.
I never liked being the skinny kid. I never looked in the mirror and really liked what I saw until I learned about health and fitness. Since then, health and fitness have been a staple in my life, and I can confidently say I am a better person because of it, physically and mentally. I believe that health and fitness is the best way to change your life, which is why I really enjoy talking about it and trying to help other people learn about it.
I have 10 years of training and diet experience. I have worked with various different trainers and people to build my knowledge within the health and fitness space. I also have a lot of experience in tailoring diets for people that might have gastrointestinal issues, because I have had to deal with those issues for most of my life.
I created this community to help people learn and change how they feel about themselves. Whether you are here because you don’t like what you see when you look in the mirror or just to learn, I hope our content will be of value to you.
